Terms and Conditions

Current government regulations require Indian residents to present proof of identity at the time of check in. The proof of identity can be the guest’s driving license, passport or voter’s identity card. Non-Indians are required to present their passport and visa details at check in. It helps to make things faster, if you carry a copy of your ID if you are an Indian National and Passport/Visa if you are a foreigner. Tax Structure

Taxes are subject to change as per government regulations, without prior intimation. Our room rates at The Tattva include all taxes.

Cancellation

The check in and check out time is 12 noon. The cancellation policy is 48 hours which enables the guest to cancel or change any bookings 48 hours prior to the arrival date, without paying any cancellation charges. Any cancellation or change less than 48 hours before the resort check in time would be charged at one night's room charge (on per room basis) including the applicable tax.

Guarantee

The resort reserves the right to pre authorise one night's charge on the given credit card for guarantee purpose unless guaranteed via company letter or advance deposit.

Early Arrivals/Departures

Check in prior to 0800hrs are billed from the previous night. Check in Between 0800 and 12 noon will be chargeable at half rate, subject to availability. Late check outs are subject to availability and chargeable at half day rate upto 8pm and full day charge thereafter. The resort reserves the right to charge upto the entire duration of the stay, incase of no shows or early departures.

Children/Extra Bed

Two children upto the age of 3 will be accommodated free of charge in the parent's room. Not more than one extra person above 3 years will be allowed in a room charges as applicable.

Reservations

All Reservations and payments must be made in advance online. Reservations and payments may be made on the spot, in cash or by card, depending on the room availability

Refund Policy

When a booking is cancelled and a refund is due as per policy above, then the refund process will be put in motion right away. The processing usually takes between 2-4 weeks until the due amount shows on your credit card statement. Reasons for this are the billing cycle of your credit card company and processing time of the bank. The refund amount depends on numerous factors such as the hotel's cancellation policy, time of cancellation and processing fees. For more details see cancellation policy above. Refunds on cancellations made by modes of payment other than credit card, will be made by bank transfer or by cheque in the name of the person who made the booking.
